BIOS Updates

Instructions can be found at http://blog.undeadsoftware.com/2008/11/asus-1000h-bios-update/.

The BIOS was updated to version 2102 on 090928. The new BIOS was downloaded as 1000H-ASUS-2102.zip from http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=EeeIt was unzipped and copied to a FAT16 formatted USB thumb drive as 1000H.ROM:

$ unzip 1000H-ASUS-2102.zip
$ cp 1000H-ASUS-2102.ROM /media/disk/1000H.ROM

Reboot the eeePC and Alt-F2 to update the BIOS.
