Multiple Pages on One Page

20190527 The pdfnup command can be used to combine multiple virtual pages into a single physical page. This is often referred to as N-Up printing. A simple example is:

$ pdfnup --nup "2x2" --no-landscape input.pdf
This will produce input-nup.pdf with 4 pages per page.
