SQLite |
SQLite3 provides a file based SQL database. Because it is file based there are no administrative overheads. SQLite database files usually have a .db file extension. SQlite is widely used on GNU/Linux and Android.
Identify the tables in a database file:
$ sqlite3 photos.db .tables |
List the schema of the tables:
$ sqlite3 photos.db .schema |
Display first few rows of a table:
$ sqlite3 photos.db "SELECT * FROM Tags LIMIT 10" |
