20200904 Some default installations will be set up to timeout after a period of inactivity. This is controllable in the /etc/ssh/sshd_config. In the following the original default value of ClientAliveInterval is 0 and is updated to be 60:
#ClientAliveInterval 0 ClientAliveInterval 60 |
This is set on the server we are connecting to. After making this change, restart the service:
$ wajig restart sshd |
