To add an app-specific icon to the browser version of a flutter app,
typically to be displayed in the browser tab, simply replace the
default web/favicon.png with your icon of choice.
The flutter_launcher_icons package creates the appropriately converted icons and updates the following:

tester/web/icons/Icon-192.png
tester/web/icons/Icon-512.png
tester/web/icons/Icon-maskable-192.png
