31.33 Flutter Debug Mode

20240512

The Flutter build and run commands include debug information by default so that you can interact with a running app.

When you compile with --release such debugging information is not included in the app, and generally the code is smaller and runs faster.

The debugPrint() function will only print to the console when in debug mode. It is good to use this in preference to print(), to track code execution and backtraces. Use print() for human readable messages to the console for errors, like errors with login credentials for the app.
