wajig update; wajig distupgrade; sudo reboot
wajig install update-manager-core
sudo do-release-upgrade -dUpgrade Ubuntu 23.10 to 24.04 20240525 The upgrade failed and
all I was getting was the “Oh no. Something has gone wrong” and
“contact your system admin” (that’s me). Ouch. Ctrl-Alt-F3 to get a
terminal login and sudo apt --fix-broken install and using the
Software Updater GUI eventually it all came good and is working just
fine.

- System Firmware from 1.11.0 to 1.17.0
- UEFI dbx from 261 to 371
Upgrade Ubuntu 23.04 to 23.10 20231022 All went smoothly. Zoom install using snap is required for Ubuntu 23.10:
Unfortunately the server is now suffering a Gnome Shell crash when displaying video full screen from totem or from youtube. Removing the Media Controls Gnome Shell extension fixed this.
